This month we held our 2026 AGM and shared our impact across 2025.

Building on the strengths and growth of 2024, last year we invested 52% of our turnover back into artists and arts workers to the tune of $60K. This investment helps maintain and build the local creative sector, turning inclusive arts and creativity into social good.
This growth was a direct result of our events, festivals and programs, including LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Practice Training, Logan's First Pride March & Picnic, Loud and Proud Stories, Logan Lesbian Arts & Storytelling Collective workshops & multimedia exhibition, Safe Spaces Logan, Loud and Proud LGBTQIA+ festival, inclusive Pride club and KRANK arts workshops, and Logan's Big Summer Playlist collab!
We also welcomed new board member, Alicia Taylor (Tink) as Treasurer, and re-elected Naomi Crawford as Secretary and Grant Strachan was elected to Vice President role. We'll do a proper intro to all soon!

Save the date! 🏳️🌈 Logan's Pride March is BACK this 4th July at 10am
Join us as we paint the bridge rainbow and celebrate with some amazing performers, live music, drag, circus play space, queer creatives, and FREE glitter face paint!
Bring your pup, don the glitter and let's show Logan what pride looks like.

Pride in the Plaza
It's Pride Month!! We're making rainbow families feel welcome in everyday spaces.
For the entire second week of the June/July school holidays, our Pride in the Plaza program invites allies and rainbow families take part in a range of creative, family-friendly activities at Grand Plaza Browns Plains.

The Brightside in Brisbane are offering FREE daytime band rehearsal spaces! No hire fees. No catch. Just a space to rehearse, write songs, tighten your live set and make some noise. Bring your gear, use the room and come soundtrack our days while we work behind the scenes preparing for the next show.

The Line & Rail Artspace Expression of Interest
Artists are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for the exhibition, Our birds through art, at The Line & Rail Artspace, a new contemporary art space located on John Lane, Beenleigh.
The exhibition brings together a collection of small-scale works and complements the Where Do I Belong? exhibition at Logan Art Gallery, on view throughout July and August 2026.
